Please submit a sample of your VISUAL performance by uploading it onto YouTube. If you already have a sample of your playing on YouTube, you may submit this link. Masterclass application submissions, contact information (email and phone number), $15 application fee and YouTube links are due by May 15, 2012. You will be notified after May 20, 2012 if you were accepted to perform. If accepted, there will be an additional fee of $45 and payment will be due on June 1, 2012. Below are two ways to submit your application fee and video link.
