Announcing two competitions, both due by October 1, 2014:
1) Youth Under 18 Competition View guidelines
2) Adult Over 18 Competition. View guidelines
The winner of each competition will be presented with cash or a gift prize and plays as a soloist with a Flute Choir at the next San Francisco Flute Festival.
Submit two contrasting works and upload your VISUAL performance to YouTube between July 1, 2014 and October 1, 2014. YouTube link must have “SF Flute Festival Audition + (Your Name) as the header. Be sure to share with friends as there will be an Honorable Mention People’s Choice Award for the contestant with the highest number of views and comments. Judges will decide how many finalists will be selected to participate in the live final audition during the festival November 1 & 2, 2014.
In addition, you may apply to perform in a Masterclass by our Guest Artists:
